Handling, container and lifting systems

Perfect handling makes a crucial contribution toward optimizing your production processes. Whenever there is a need to supply raw materials or to transport, securely seal or store products, a wide range of containers and lifting systems are used. L.B. Bohle has developed a large number of optimized handling solutions for the sensitive handling of pharmaceutical products. Our versatile offering of (individualized) solutions for storage, transport and docking systems supports the optimal harmonization or linking of individual process steps.

Flexible product handling

All L.B. Bohle handling systems are based on a close cooperation with our customers in the pharmaceutical solids production. The stationary lifting columns and mobile lifters have been designed for the universal handling of the highly diverse packaging. They are cGMP-compliant and have been developed in conformity with the applicable EN safety regulations. Bohle handling systems are perfectly suited to the precise positioning of vessels or containers, for example, above a tablet press. They need little space thanks to their optimized design. In addition, all handling systems are easy to use and quick to clean.

Our aim is to make your production process ever more efficient. Customized perfectly to match your requirements, we plan the use of the machines and fit them perfectly into the space available at your plant – regardless of whether your solution is a stand-alone system or a complete production line for product flow, automation or containment.

Bohle lifting equipment is designed for safe and reliable operation in a cGMP environment. Post hoists capable of handling up to 2000 kg, with heights up to 12 meters are possible. With material handling applications, reli-ability of the equipment is paramount and Bohle delivers with a proven design engineered to operate 24/7 with repeatable accuracy of docking far above industry norms. Safe operation is assured due to micro-controller guided automatic function.

At L.B. Bohle we have containers for every feasible use: Transport and storage containers, blending containers, stainless steel containers, round or square, different cone angles, for mass flow, drums
mobile and stationary containers in various designs and sizes. Our containers are characterized mainly by top quality and first class construction.

Our mobile lifters are also designed to cGMP standards and meet the applicable EN safety regulations for the universal handling of various containers. An electric drive system (self propelled) is standard above 400 kg lift capacity, ensuring comfortable load transport. The load supports are designed according to your application and allow the lifter to be used as a lifting, transport, docking and feeding unit.

L.B. Bohle presented the ROB 50 as innovative solution to automate and optimize production processes in both continuous and batch-oriented production of solid dosage forms.
The ROB 50 is a robotic system for handling of tablet containers, to close the gap between the tablet press and film coating process.

The L.B. Bohle Pharma Universal Cleaning System guarantees best cleaning results. The economical container washing system PUR has a compact design, but with the major functionality of an expensive WASH-CABIN. It can be easily used for various container sizes and shapes. It comprises a height adjustable spray arm/nozzle assembly. The entire washing procedure is computer controlled and documented. Many individual cleaning recipes can be stored in the controls.
